First Putt Initiative
“First Putt” is the foundation’s first Initiative. Our mission is to add Disc Golf to the list of mainstream sports that youth are introduced to. Our approach focuses on getting resources directly in the hands of physical education teachers. Each school chosen will receive a First Putt package containing (50) putters and (1) full-sized portable basket. Through the generosity of our corporate sponsors, we are able to provide these packages for about 50¢ per student! Not only do your donations help put discs in the hands of kids all over the country, but there are tax benefits to donating as well. For every 1$ donated, two kids are introduced to the sport. A $25 donation pays for two whole classes to learn about disc golf!
